STEP 1: YOUR INFORMATION

STEP 2: DESIGN CONSULTATION
– Our team of design experts will visit you to survey and measure at the construction site.
– From the survey results and design idea, our team of design experts will complete 3D drawings within 2 working hours.
– After consolidating 3D drawings, our design experts will create 2D production drawings.
– The 2D production drawing will then be sent to our factory to provide you with a quotation.

STEP 3: COMPLETE THE BLUEPRINT
Blueprints (2D, 3D) are completed within 2 working days by the design team.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION, TRANSPORTATION AND CONSTRUCTION
– The products of HPT follow a professional production process, according to advanced European production technology, supervised and rigorously tested to ensure the quality of the output most perfect.

We are require 50% deposit (or advance payment) after the final settlement for order or before we start production, and the remaining / balance 50% to be finalized / transferred on completion.

Please note:

– All information will be carefully checked before purchase.

– Productions start only after deposit has been received.

    HPT’s banking information is on our contract.
  1. Terms of warranty
    With any errors arising from the manufacturer’s side, HPT’s staff will conduct repairs. In case it is impossible to recover, we will replace new modules or components of the same type.

The warranty policy will not apply in the following cases:

  • – Customers arbitrary dismantle, repair, or change the function of the product.
  • – Customers not following the product manual.
  1. Terms of maintenance
    Products provided by HPT will be applied a maintenance guarantee in the signed contract.
